  Very disappointing experience. Main door ALWAYS OPENED! No security. Door room opened with a code but we had room number changed AFTER the check in hour. No apologies for it, When reached to the mobile phone to let her know it was cold they just told us to turn on the heat ( in August??) no solutions like some extra blankets or anything else. No wifi at all even you can read it on here. The kattle was DIRTY, impossible to use. In the night fire allarm went crazy, the manager turn off after 10 min and no one came to let us know what was going on!
  The morning after we realise someone went in a room close to ours without pay and destroying the room. In fact the police were been allerted...
  Awful experience.

  Complete dump didn't look anything like on the website it was filthy doors had been ripped off wardrobes room door had hole's punched in it, the bathroom was really dirty, there was green alge growing out of the water cooler on the fridge even the window sills were covered in dead spiders and flys, they advertise a restaurant downstairs that's closed /empty and they charged us £15 to park our car, we had to book another hotel asked for a refund not a chance rubbish
