  Very friendly owners & staff who made me feel very welcome. Superb clean holiday caravan(GOLD) with all the luxuries you could want including central heating & double glazing, Decking with patio furniture, kitchen with integrated fridge freezer & oven/hob, lovely lounge/diner with extra sleeping if required, satellite TV, Shower/WC & en suite, beds all made up.
  Great facilities including a beautiful outdoor heated swimming pool, club with weekly entertainment in summer hols, safe & sheltered childrens' play area with swings, springers, great location close to Pakefield beach & shops, supermarket and also takeaway food adjacent. I will definitely be returning!

  Arriving at beach farm I was less then warmly greeted, its not a holiday park its a residental park. Although some of the residents are lovely others are annoyed by where you park your car as they have to go to work the next day, not what you expect on your holiday!
  Don't be fooled by the website the park is two swings a slide and a se-saw, the bar not open if you would like to use the facilities you have to ask the management, the pool is not heated and if you have children be careful as a few caravens over look the pool, and the last thing you want is a resident overlooking the pool waving at your children with a cigarette hanging out their mouth!!!
  You can see the fast food restaurant from the windows of your holiday home and its open until 12am!!!!
  The caravan itself contained 1 wine glass only, bent culturally, the last holidays children toys, loom bands babies bibs and rubbish behind the sofas, public hair on the beds and in the showers!!!
  would not stay again!!!! Pakefield is lovely though!

  Hi, just wanted to say how lovely my stay was at Beach Farm Park this Summer. I was there to visit my Daughter so the location was great, the new mobile home was amazing so clean & all made up for my arrival, David the Manager met me & explained everything to me and showed where the pool was, of which I can say was so inviting on the hot days to have a dip then a lie in the afternoon sun. All so clean & tidy with just a few people around the pool, I had a chat then topped up my tan before dinner.
  I liked looking at the residential homes as I walked to the beach with my daughter I think she has me moving into one in the not too distant future!!
